The AFP Association holds seminars periodically in different regions of the country on social security specialization. These are designed for social workers, union officials, personnel of companies related with the human resources area, and all the people in both the private and public sectors who work with the subject of social security.

These seminars are organized by the Association, which has a team of experts, in collaboration with the AFPs, and the contents of these deal with matters ranging from the fundamentals of the system to the latest reforms.

Through the International Federation of Pension Fund Administrators (FIAP), the Association takes part in seminars, forums and lectures on the AFP System, preparing proposals and explaining Chile' s experience in its 24-year history.
