The AFP Association has been developing various Seminars of Social Security Specialization from 1991 to the present, in all the regions of the country, with the aim of disseminating the characteristics, principles and benefits of the Individual Capitalization System.

The training provided by the Association is directed primarily towards social workers, union leaders and all those people who have direct or indirect links with the subject, so it deals with human resources areas, welfare, personnel and benefits in both the private and public business sector, as well as other institutions.
